Abstract

Fairness and a strong memory are essential for any narrator (narrator) to accept a hadith. Unfair behavior is considered the negation of acceptance of Hadith. The Adil (narrator) is the Ravi who performs his religious rights and responsibilities (duties) and persists in his words, deeds, action and character. He adorns virtues like truthfulness, purity, Murwwat and taqwa (piety) and be avoided polytheism, heresy, innovation, disobedience and immoral acts. In the countless books of Jrah-o-Tadeel and Asool-e-Hadees, Aimah (Jrah-o-Tadeel ) mentioned the causes of Ta’an (Asbab-e-Ta’an) about the fair behavior of the Ravi. If these defects are found, the fairness of Ravi will be trampled and narration (Rawayat) will not be accepted. But Mohaddethin disagreed with the acceptance and rejection of the narration of Ravi in some matters about the causes of Ta’an i.e. the minimum age of Ravi for the accuracy of Sama-e-Hadees, ruling on repentance from falsehood in Hadees-e-Rasool, ruling on the Ravi when he seeks wages for a description of hadith, ruling on the narration of Ravi if rejects the hadith his Sheikh (teacher), ruling on the Ravi who adopts the innovation, ruling on the narration of the Ravi who is Majhool-ul-Hal, etc. These issues on which Muhaddathin had made differences and described the different opinions and views regarding the acceptance and rejection of Ravi‘s narration. The statement has been clarified in the light of arguments by examining the reasons for their differences.
